The best things to do in Sferracavallo revolve around the sea and the Capo Gallo – Isola delle Femmine Nature Reserve: snorkeling over the vermetid reef, diving, sailing and a lesser-known entrance to the reserve, all starting from the village.
I live here, steps from the sea, and on these pages I write about the places I love most: the ones you discover slowly, with respect for a protected environment, and that people who stop for only a few hours usually miss. I don’t organize the activities myself. I point you to where they are and who to contact, and add a few tips as a biologist when needed. For more personal recommendations, at the table and beyond, we’ll talk in person during your stay.
