What’s Included in the Price
Our rates include all the essentials for a comfortable stay, such as Wi-Fi, utilities, and a thorough cleaning service before your arrival.
Please note: A tourist tax of €4 per person per night applies and is payable upon arrival. This fee is not included in the listed prices. From the fifth night tourist tax will not increase further. Children under 12 stay free of charge.
Booking and Payment Terms
We require a deposit to confirm your booking via PayPal or bank transfer, with the balance due upon arrival. Deposit will be the 30% of the total amount night’s accommodation via bank transfer or paypal, so for example for 6 days, 2 days advance payment is required.
Flexible cancellation policies apply, so you can book with confidence knowing your plans can adapt.
Reservations cancelled before 14 days prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded.
For reservations cancelled during the 14 days before the arrival date or in case of no show, the advance will not be refunded.
In case of early departure the charge will be equal to the duration of the whole stay.
